At Kiru Ondo, every piece—whether sent digitally or delivered physically—is handled with care and intention. Our shipping practices reflect our commitment to quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
Digital Prints (Instant Delivery)

Delivery Method: Digital files are delivered via email or download link immediately after purchase.

File Format: You will receive high-resolution files in the format stated on the product page (typically JPEG or PNG).

Delivery Time: Instant. If there is any delay or issue accessing your download, please contact us.

Backup Access: If you your Digital Print(s) were damaged during delivery, we will issue the customer a new Digital Print free of charge with proof of damages.
Note: Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if your download email does not appear within a few minutes.
Art Canvases (Physical Works)

Processing Time: Each canvas is carefully prepared and packaged. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Time:

Domestic (within your location): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days, depending on location

Shipping Providers: We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Packaging: All canvases are wrapped with protective materials and shipped in durable boxes to ensure safe arrival.
Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and location.

International Shipping: Rates vary. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Issues or Delays
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please email us at Kiruondo@gmail.com. We will assist in locating your package or arranging a replacement if necessary.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Kiru Ondo, each piece—whether physical or digital—is a curated expression of thought, emotion, and form. We deeply value your support and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Art Canvases (Physical Works)

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Condition: We can only accept returns for undamaged, unhung, and unaltered canvases.

Damaged Artworks: If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us at Kiruondo@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damage and packaging. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. We recommend insured, trackable shipping for returns.
Digital Prints

Due to the instant and intangible nature of digital products, all digital print sales are final.

If your file is corrupted, incorrectly formatted, or fails to download, contact us at Kiruondo@gmail.com. We will ensure you receive a functioning file and/or digital print for damages of the products .
Custom & Commissioned Works

All custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable, unless damaged or if an error was made on our part.

We work closely with collectors during the commission process to ensure clarity and satisfaction from concept to completion.
International Orders

We accept international returns on physical canvases, but return shipping (and any customs/duties incurred) is the responsibility of the buyer.

Digital items are delivered worldwide with no return eligibility.

At Kiru Ondo, our digital artworks are designed to offer an immediate connection to the abstract and the intangible. While all digital sales are final, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges for digital products. However, if you encounter any of the following issues, we will gladly provide a corrected or alternative version:

Unsuccessful downloads or access issues
