Art Canvases (Physical Works)

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Condition: We can only accept returns for undamaged, unhung, and unaltered canvases.

• Damaged Artworks: If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us at Kiruondo@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damage and packaging. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. We recommend insured, trackable shipping for returns.​

Custom & Commissioned Works

• All custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable, unless damaged or if an error was made on our part.

• We work closely with collectors during the commission process to ensure clarity and satisfaction from concept to completion.

International Orders

• We accept international returns on physical canvases, but return shipping (and any customs/duties begin) is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Your full name and order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs (if applicable)

We'll respond within 2 business days to assist you.

Art Canvases (Physical Works)

• Processing Time: Each canvas is carefully prepared and packaged. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Shipping Time:

  • Domestic (within your location): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on location

• Shipping Providers: We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• Packaging: All canvases are wrapped with protective materials and shipped in durable boxes to ensure safe arrival.

Shipping Rates

• Domestic Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and location.

• International Shipping: Rates vary. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
