Cancellation Policy

1. Rental Duration Artworks are available for rent on a monthly, quarterly (3-month), or custom long-term basis. Minimum rental period: 1 month. Extensions must be requested at least 7 days before the end of the rental term.

2. Delivery & Installation Kiru Ondo offers delivery based on region. Standard delivery window: 5–10 business days after booking confirmation and payment of the First Month's Invoice. Clients must ensure the installation space is accessible and ready.

3. Rental Fees & Payments Fees are charged monthly in advance. A refundable security deposit may apply for certain pieces. Accepted payments: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or secure online checkout.

4. Artwork Care & Responsibility Rented artworks must be kept in original condition. Keep artwork away from direct sunlight, high humidity, smoke, and high-traffic damage. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately. Repair or replacement costs may apply.

5. Swaps & Returns Swaps are available based on your plan (monthly, quarterly, or custom). All returns must be in original condition. Pickup and inspection are scheduled at the end of the rental period.

6. Purchase Option Most artworks are available for purchase. Up to 3 months of rental fees can be credited toward a purchase. Contact our team for ownership pricing or to initiate a buyout.

7. Rental Cancellations & Refunds Cancel before dispatch: full refund. After delivery: pro-rated fee + pickup cost. No refunds for partial-month use after installation.

8. Geographic Availability Rental service is currently available in select cities. Please inquire to confirm availability in your area.

9. Ownership & Copyright All artworks remain the property of Kiru Ondo and/or the original artist unless purchased. Reproduction, resale, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.

10. Booking Eligibility Open to individuals, businesses, designers, and event planners. Clients must be 18+ with valid ID and payment details. Some custom or high-value rentals may require additional verification.

11. Booking Process Book via our website, email, or consultation call. Must include rental period, location, and artwork preferences. Confirmation and invoice will be sent upon approval.

12. Lead Time Bookings should be made 5–7 business days in advance. Urgent bookings (within 48 hours) are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.

13. Deposit & Final Payment A 25–50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance due

Can I choose specific artwork ?

Yes. Clients can browse available collections and select artwork that best fits their space, style, and goals. Curated recommendations are also available.

Are all pieces original?

Most works are original creations by Kiru Ondo. Select limited-edition reproductions may also be available depending on the collection.

Who is responsible for the artwork while it is rented?

The renter is responsible for maintaining reasonable care of the artwork during the rental period.
