Welcome to Kiru Ondo Art Rentals, By renting artwork from Kiru Ondo, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Ownership of Artwork

   All artwork rented through Kiru Ondo Art Rentals. By renting artwork from Kiru Ondo, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Rental Agreement

   All rentals require:

• A completed rental agreement

• Valid identification

• Approved payment method

• Any required security deposit

• Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

3. Rental Terms

Kiru Ondo offers flexible rental plans, including:

• 3-month rental

• 6-month rental

• 12-month renal

• Custom rental plans

• Rent-to-Own Programs (when applicable)

  Rental periods begin on the installation date

  4. Payments

• Rental payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule

• Late payments may incur fees

• Failure to pay may result in artwork removal and termination of the agreement

• All fees paid prior to delivery are non-transferable unless otherwise approved

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before installation

The deposit may be used to cover:

• Damage repairs

• Missing artwork

• Excessive cleaning

• Unpaid balances

• Transportation expenses resulting from contract violations

6. Delivery & Installations

Kiru Ondo or its authorized representatives will handle delivery and installation whenever possible

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property

• Ensure installations areas are suitable

• Notify Kiru Ondo of any special installation requirements

Additional fees may apply for:

• Stairs

• Large installations

• Extended travel distance

• Special equipment requirements

7. Artwork Care Requirements

The Client agrees to:

• Maintain artwork in a secure environment

• Protect artwork from moisture, direct sunlight, smoke, extreme temperature, and excessive humidity

• Keep artwork away from active fireplaces, heating vents, and water sources

• Prevent pets or unauthorized individuals from damaging the artwork

• Refrain from cleaning, altering, restoring, or modifying the artwork

8. Moving Artwork

Artwork may not be moved, rehung, transported, or relocated without written authorization from Kiru Ondo

Unauthorized movement resulting in damage may result in repair or replacement charges

9. Damage, Loss, and Theft

The Client is responsible for any damage, theft, disappearance, destruction, or loss occurring during the rental period.

The Client agrees to reimburse Kiru Ondo for:

• Professional conservation and restoration costs

• Transportation associated with repairs

• Loss of rental income during repair

• Full replacement value if restoration is not possible

• Full appraised value for loss or destroyed artwork

10. Insurance

Kiru Ondo reserves the right to require proof of insurance for higher-value artworks.

Insurance coverage does not eliminate the Client's responsibility for negligence, misuse, or breach of contract.

11. Inspection Upon Delivery

Clients must inspect artwork immediately upon installation

Any concerns regarding condition must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the artwork's condition.

12. Artwork Swaps

Eligible rental clients may request artwork exchanges according to their rental plan

Swap Results:

• Must be submitted in writing

• Are subject to artwork availability

• May include transportation and installation fees

13. Rent-to-Own Program

When enrolled in a rent-to-own program:

• A portion of rental payments may be credited toward purchase

• Ownership transfers only after the full purchase amount is paid

• Missed payments may termination purchase eligibility

14. Cancellation Policy

Before Delivery:

• Orders may be canceled before installation

• Consultation, administration, and transportation expenses may be non-refundable

After Delivery:

• Rental payments are generally non-refundable

• Early termination fees may apply

15. Right of Retrieval

Kiru Ondo reserves the right to retrieve artwork if:

• Payments become delinquent

• Contract terms are violated

• Artwork is at risk of damage

• Fraudulent activity is suspected

Clients agree to provide reasonable access for retrieval

16. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with Kiru Ondo and the artist.

Clients may not:

• Reproduce artwork

• Create copies

• Sell reproductions

• Use artwork images commercially

• Use artwork for branding or advertising without written permission

17. Photography and Promotion

    Kiru Ondo may photograph installed artwork for portfolio, website, social media, educational, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

19. Force Majeure

Kiru Ondo shall not be responsible for delays or services interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Sever weather

• Transportation disruptions

• Government actions

• Labor disputes

• Utility failures

20. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the South Carolina, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement
