At Kiru Ondo, we strive to provide a seamless art rental experience. Please review our return policy carefully.

Rental Artwork Returns

All rented artwork remains the property of Kiru Ondo unless otherwise specified in a Rent-to-Own Agreement.

Clients may return artwork at the end of the rental term by scheduling a pickup or return appointment.

Return Notice Requriement

Clients must provide at least 14 days written notice before the desired return date.

Notice may be submitted via:

  • Email

  • Website contact form

  • Written request through your client portal

  • Via contract agreement

Artwork Condition

Returned artwork must be:

  • In it original condition, excluding normal wear and tear

  • Free from unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Available with al accompanying hardware, certificates, and documentation

Artwork will be inspected upon return.

Damage Assessment

Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in:

  • Restoration Fees

  • Repair Costs

  • Replacement charges if the artwork cannot be repaired

Client(s) will receive a written assessment before charges are applied. Client(s) will be responsible for fees and any additional cost towards damages and/or repairs.

Early Return Policy

Clients choosing to end their rental agreement before the contract expiration date may be responsible for

  • remaining rental payments due under the agreement

  • Early termination fees

  • Pickup and Transportation costs

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Artwork Pickup

Kiru Ondo offers professional pickup services for rental artwork.

Pickup fees may very based on :

  • Location

  • Artwork Size

  • Number of pieces being returned

  • Installation Requirements

If client(s) has their own delivery and/or pick services they are allowed to opt-out of delivery fees.

Artwork Exchanges

Eligible rental plans may include artwork exchange privileges.

Exchange requests should be submitted at least 14 days in advance and may be subject to transportation fees.

Non-Returned Artwork

Failure to return artwork after the rental terms ends may result in:

  • Continued rental charges

  • Collection of outstanding balances

  • Charges up to the insured value of the artwork

  • Additional legal actions

Rent-to-Own Returns

Artwork purchased through a completed Rent-to-Own Agreement is considered owned by the client and is not eligible for return unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds

Rental payments are generally non-refundable once the rental period has begun.

Approved refunds, if applicable will be processed within 7-14 business days.
